Types of Flat Belts :

• GG : Both Side Rubber coating
• GT : One side Rubber and other side fabric with antistatic coating
• LL : Both sides Chrome Leather
• LT : One side Leather and Other side fabric with antistatic coating
• TT : Both Side Fabrics with antistatic coating

Specifications :

• Flat belts are manufactured and supplied in different S D Values
• 4, 6, 8, 10, 14, 20, 28, 40 54 and 80 kgf /cm belts at 1% elongation
• Breaking strength : 21 % elongation
• Running Speed : Up to 100 m/s
• Operating Temperature : -20^oC to + 80^oC
• Standard Width : 450 mm (higher width is available on special order)
• Power Transmission flat belts are mostly used for energy saving purpose.
